Get a rather large needle or a sharp pointed pair of embroidery scissors and quickly punch a hole in each end. I have bad sinuses so I do not actually 'Blow" If you get a syringe you can put it on one end of the egg in the small hole and suck out the goo or push air in and blow out the goo. I just hold the egg in my hand go outside and swing it around and let the centrifugal force sling it out. If you twirl the needle around inside the egg and bust up the yolk membrane it will make life easier.
Or if you are a purist, put your lips on one end of the egg and blow really hard. The fresher the egg, the more difficult that will be.
