My first ever deformed chick. Pics may be disturbing!!!

I think perhaps it would be considered a 'Janus' chicken... aka diprosopus. Look up a Janus cat. Named for a Greek god with two faces. It seems to result from a miscoding in the DNA that controls the width of the fence, resulting in extra facial features. (The opposite creates the cyclops effect.) Thank you for being brave enough to share, I love to learn things, and I am sorry for you loss.

Well, I still have it because I was going to show it to my DH. I don't know if they would want it or not. Plus, I would not know how to contact them. Would 70% alcohol work?
 
It looks like something from the movies. It hatches out of a little egg and before you know it, it's 8 foot tall and dragging people into the woods.
