My first Fox attack that ended in a kill

Ty steemrol, I had no idea what a troll was... And I'm glad u put that out there cuz I'm the type that will be baited into a rediculous back n forth if I think my position is the right one. But I'm here to learn n not have disgusting dialog w/ ( cough cough... ) brain dead people. Lol

Thanks for the 'polite' warning on trolls, Steemroo! Yeah, depending on the conversation, I can be baited or not. Will be careful. That's good advice. Love your phrase, "big jug of fail sauce", LOL!
We're a bit high tech here, but could be worse. There's always more goodies I want for hunting! Heaven forbid I find out its legal to hunt varmints at night! More gear please! My .223 feels real good, & I put it on a tripod inside a ground blind. Yotes won't see what hit them! Wow, boar hunting! Now that's some live action! We don't have those, but hear they're running rampant down there. Some good hunting videos on YouTube. The guys on my hunting forum talk about the Dogos. Great hunting dog for sure! Is that you MyGirls posing with your Cane Corso? Man, that looks like a little horse that would tear your arm off! Sometimes the most intimidating looking dog, is actually a big suck. I've heard that a few times. I've never owned a dog that powerful before. Closest was a boxer.

Shellz
Have you been over to foxpro's forum You should check it out great times and good info.We can't use any bigger than .22lr at night which sacks.I do have a nice camo Yankee hill Ar-15 in .223.You could take a scatter gun in the woods and get them up close and personal you know a lead facial works wonders.I use chicken in distress and they come running works great.

Shellz that pic is a full grown dogo :) Our dogo is only 11 months old hasnt gotten to his full size yet. We wanted to use him to go hog hunting but sadly when he was a pup he broke his back leg and probably wont make a good hunting dog anymore. (that didnt stop him from grabbing that fox 2 weeks ago though lol) Hog are super dangerous though and we wouldnt want to risk him with a bad leg. Our Cane corso is still a pup too he is 2 weeks older then our dogo and a huge baby. He weighs about 130 and thinks he is a lap dog great with my kids though I couldnt ask for a better dog. they climb al over him even do a couple body slams he doesnt care and when my kids fight he will get in between them to break it up. His is my little dork though :)

I think I might have one of those I adopted her from a family along with 3 others the family had no idea how to take care of chickens

She is the one in the front they didnt know what breed she was and I cant figure it out... But she looks a lot like yours
I know exactly how you feel, as I lost both my Andalusians last year, including my beautiful blue Andie. I still don't know what got her, but I couldn't find a puncture wound on her and the white Andalusian was nothing but feathers left. One other chicken was attacked on her back, but not seriously hurt. We don't have foxes here, but do have an abundance of raccoons and hawks. This was the last pic I took of Andie. She was amazing...

Hey welly! Yeah, I tried downloading some calls, but on last stake-out, the whole remote got messed up! The order of calls were way out of sequence. Will need to get that remedied when I have some time. I love that, 'lead facial' . LOL! Only managed to nail one 2 years ago. Large, old male was coming for my ducks. Hubby grabbed his .243 & got him in the femoral artery. Bled out mighty quick, and didn't suffer. Was this city boy's first kill. Wish we took a picture, but we were newbs.
Hey MyGirls! Sorry I got dogs mixed up. I'm just learning about these breeds. Sorry too that your pup broke his leg. That really sucks, but at least it looks like you have lots of protection anyway! Good, loyal dogs. What more could you ask for?
