Another pip this morning in another RIR egg. Nothing new on the first pipped egg. When can I expect something to happen on either egg? Like a zip or something.

In my case it was around 24 hours

Usually up to 24 hours from PIP to ZIP. If you can see the chick's beak, it may appear to be smacking it's beak, this means it is still absorbing the yolk and making itself ready for the next step.
