My first hatch from my deceased favourite rooster

I lost my favourite rooster who was only a year old
He was frequently mating with my two hens who are laying eggs
I have 7 eggs as of now
I lost the rooster early Wednesday morning 2nd June
What would you do?
How long should I leave it before I put the eggs in the incubator

I have borrowed an incubator
I have little idea of what to do
