I have one little chick that hatched sometime before 5:30 this morning, because my hubby checked them at 5:30 when he got up and there was one in there. Of course, I had to run down and look at the little guy.Nothing for me yet. Maybe I will see something today.

The black one are the cutest, the have a bit of brown of their cheeks and a white spot on the head Awww....they are so cute. Congratulations!!I am a mommy of 6!!!!!!! Wow
Yesterday after work, around 6PM one baby had hatched. Then at 6h30 I had two!
The others were pipping but I didn't force it, I went to sleep.
Note: I was cooking chicken for the potluck today at work, what a strange thing to think I was bringing new babies in the world and eating one of their uncles!
This morning the 4 others had hatched. I didn't even realize I could have black chicks!!! I do have a black hen, I completely forgot about her, I assumed the babies would all be yellow. I was surprised this morning

That's great!! Post some pictures when you can!!We are up to 11 hatched, a few more pips and a few that are either not ready or nothing is going on.
