My first peachick and I have questions

  Such pretty birds!  You shouldn't have problems with the peafowl bothering the guineas. A 3 week difference in age isn't that big a deal. I've had some 4 week old chicks in with my 7 week  peachick with no problems. The peachick doesn't seem to have any aggression and just looks at the chicks as part of it's flock. When my peachick was 2 weeks old I had it in a brooder with guineas and chicks around the same age. There was never any problems between them.

Thanks. I had to build a divider between them. The peas were getting a lil too pecky with the guinea. I'm sure they will grow out of it.

I'm building onto my existing coop I built homemade for my Turken. The back it ten foot high where the peas will be and about 8 or so in the front and side for guinea.

I'm hoping they'll all have plenty of room. Hen chickens will be in with the G-fowl. And I'm gonna incorporate a roosting perch for my Svovys that will be accessible from the top of the "Quack Shack"

The original coop is 6 1/2 ft tall so the difference in height is obvious.

And the babies getting some treats.

An updated photo. My peachick is now over 10 weeks old and getting a lot of color. Most of the time the color is green but sometimes it looks blue. I'm getting the feeling that it probably is male but I would appreciate 2nd opinions. I've decided that I'm keeping it regardless of sex. It has bonded pretty strongly with my Americana/Cochin pullet.

Hello. It's been a while but we have a question that we hope so.eone can hekp us with. Our baby Silver Slate, Macy has a spot on his eye after only one day out in their starter coop.

I checked the pen for stray wire ends but none. I'm wondering if its something he picked up out side. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's all the baby's that are getting ready to head out for good. I'm hoping. Thanks.
