Sounds like a wonderful plan to me!I have been thinking ill introduce the chicks into Hazels coop in about 2 to 3 weeks depending on their size.

No changes. Doesn't seem to be getting worse or better.
Might look at splitting it up if it doesn't start to improve. If I spit it up. Should I put the chick thats tiny with it and feed them more protein?
Oh well, as long as they're safe and happy they can stay a bit longer. Hope your ankle heals soon.We do have some but I am going to add a few pallets leaned on the fences. I saw that someone and thought it would work well and could be done quickly and free! Unfortunately, I broke my ankle on Saturday trying to get the last chick into the run because I had seen a hawk in the sky. Poor things will have to stay in "chicken jail" a bit longer.
