My friend’s chick has a swollen eye and won’t eat/drink/ or stand up correctly

she won’t eat/drink/ or stand correctly without you supporting her.
Her eye is swollen!
please help, she is a few days old!

The red thing is the heater, they lay under it.

Where did you obtain this chick? Did you get it this way? Or did this develop? Is it showing any other symptoms? Are any of the other chicks showing any symptoms? Swelling of the eyes can be from dust, dirt, a deformity, a pecking would or disease. Though, it’s unlikely to be disease related, but still possible, it could be MG- but I personally don’t believe so. I’m leaning towards a deformity or perhaps an injury of some sort.

They found out it might be Cocksidiosis
they got it from Wilco...
no other symptoms.
it was names Zuko, because the eye looks like the scar on Zuko from Avatar the last air bender.
Zoku passed away yesterday...
