My frozen chicken help..

All the gunk that came out was just liquid puss not like the puss in the video. How can I prevent her eye to get sunken in? If nothing really comes out except liquid what do I or where do I get out? There was a little pocket underneath her eye that kinda looked like a zit but if push it I would need to like poke it with a needle to open it but I feel like that would be risky and she wouldn’t let me do that...?

If she smells bad around her face, that may be coryza. Hard to know without testing or a necropsy if she dies or you put her down. MG, coryza, and most respiratory diseases are contagious. Have you added any new birds to your flock in recent months? They usually get these diseases from a carrier, even wild birds. She may have had this in her system for awhile, and the freezing temperatures stressed her, causing the symptoms. The others may have been exposed when she was, and may just not be showing symptoms. Did you read the articles about MG? Here is another about coryza:

Can I treat her for Coryza? Will that do anything if she doesn’t have it? Could she loose her eye over this? No she hasn’t came in contact with any birds outside the flock unless a wild bird came around. Should I separate her? How should I treat her I don’t want it to get worst!! I haven’t read it yet but I am rn!

Coryza is a bit more serious than MG. Coryza is treated with sulfa antibiotics such as bactrim or sulfadimethoxine, which you may be able to find online for pigeons. If you should lose her, I would try to get a necropsy by your state vet. In that case, the body should be kept cold, but not frozen, in a plastic bag. Here is a list of state vets:

You think I’ll lose her? Will the Tylonsin help her? No new bird have been brought into the flock ever. So I shouldn’t keep them together with her in a small coop..? You said the chances she’d live are good without treatment...?
