My girl is dead

Thank you all.

If this is what is happening, they won't get reinfected through stool still in the coop or run? Just making sure.
At a year old it's probably unlikely the cause of death.

What is likely, with it being two of them now?
Is this stool normal? PXL_20230429_000038034.jpg

I've only read about this, but if you want to determine is something is blood vs. something else (like intestinal lining), you can pour some peroxide on the stool and it'll bubble away the blood, leaving the other stuff behind.

EDITED TO ADD:
- Have you done a physical exam of the birds - both deceased and alive? If they're underweight, you'll be able to tell when you touch them. Feathers hide a lot of physical issues so a visual inspection won't do any good.

- Have you noticed any bugs like mites or lice? Northern Fowl mites live on the bird and they look like moving specks of dust. You'll feel them on you. Red mites live in the coop and feed on the birds at night.

- If you are treating with Corrid, do not give any vitamins. Corrid can cause funky looking poops.

I don't feel weight loss but will weigh them today. They're certainly eating a drinking.
I haven't seen any bugs but am seeing little bits of red in the stool. It's a very small amount but tends to be more of a stringy red. What would that be?

I'm still a chicken newbie and feel like I'm sitting and waiting for another to die. Please help. Advice welcomed.

Did you start giving them the correct amount of Corid?
What exactly are you feeding them?

Yes, I started the Corid yesterday evening.
They eat Purina Flock Raiser crumbles, oyster shell, grit. I give some snacks like kale/collard greens, garlic mash, yogurt, fruit.
Right now they are eating stuff from the yard. I don't use any chemicals in my yard.

Edit. Are these worms. Found in the stool...
The link is a bit confusing. Is it two teaspoons for 2 gallons or 2 tsp per each gallon?
