My girl's got a Prolapse, keeps popping out. Please help!

Thank you all for the help! I'm happy to say that after daily honey/prep-h application she finally came back to normal. All she needed was time! She lost a ton of weight and she's picked on by the other hens now, but at least she doesn't have nasty butt anymore! Once again thanks to all!
