My hens spent about 2 hours fighting over a hairband thingy (that stretchy round thing you can use to make a ponytail). I couldn't get it away from them and they thought it was GREAT! Wish it would've been a ring like yours.

My hens are always stealing shiny things. Bits of glass, foil and parts of plastic bottles show up in the run. We're on old settled land. They hoard stuff like crows! Unfortunately my husband lost his wedding band a month ago. It's made of muted golds so we couldn't find it. I'm still hoping it will turn up by the water dish...
