My gut says botulism, but could use some help

Wow, such an improvement. Yay!
Yay indeed!! One thing that was odd is when I went to get her out of the cage this morning she was laying on her back and I immediately thought oh we were doing so good
Wow! Mrs. Lee is looking so much better! She’s beautiful, too. Lavender Orpington?
yes, thank you. She is a lav Orpington (MPC)

Just an update:
She is doing so well. I was planning on the dreaded reintroduction this past week, however I was unable to because we got over 11" of rain in one day! It is a disaster out at the coop. The flock can't even freerange, because the whole field is a river now.
They are stuck inside and not very happy about it. So, I need to wait till this dries up and the girls are not as grouchy.
One question I have for anyone:
I am not impressed with mrs. Lee's feed intake.
She seems to avoid her food and just wanders around the yard all day. She will eat bugs, and mealworms all day long, however I don't really see her drink. She is pooping a whole lot though. (Please note: the chicken coop is not in the same location as our home, so she has been alone this whole time)

That is strange that she was on her back. I really do wonder about Mareks being the underlying csuse of her recent illness. It is really hard when there is flooding, and they cannot get outside. Droppings pile up in the coop and run, and are a problem to keep stirred and dried. New bedding may need to be added often. I would try to give her most of a cooked egg whenever you are there with her since most chickens will take that, even if they are seriously ill. I hope your fields dry out soon. It seems that we are dealing with a lot of snow in the east.
