You didn't have anything better to do today and tomorrow, right?

I have five french black copper marans eggs in there. Pretty sure one of them is a quitter, but since it's so hard to candle these guys, I gave it the benefit of the doubt.

Of the remaining four, three are pipped. The fourth one was set about 14 hours after the rest, so she's a little behind.

They aren't *supposed* to hatch until Thursday afternoon, but two of the eggs pipped last night, so I'm figuring by bedtime tonight, I'll have a chick or two.

Hey, Good way to get your baby chick fix, watch other people's chicks hatch instead of hatching your own. Why didn't I think of this sooner. Good luck with the hatch.

Sweet, I need a broody cam so I can watch for heads poking out.... How did you do it?

Oh so cool, that guy on the right is a little wobbly on his feet

I was thinking of just using an IP camera as the area i want to film is about 40meters from router with no power available. Ill stream it like you have when its ready, you have inspired me for sure.

Awesome! I love hatch cams

I use a very basic webcam. Plug my incubator in so that it's fairly close to my laptop. Then I broadcast through UStream. It's very easy and simple.
