I saw an internal pip in one of the OEGB eggs under my broody, so we should have some to watch grow together!

The CCL and sapphire are starting to zip, and a CBR has pipped!

Kinda nervewracking as my hygrometer has decided to not accurately read higher humidity....... So I'm keeping a tiny bit of condensation on the very edges of the windows. Also gives me some wiggle room in case I have to open it.

HI Banti

Hygro won't read higher humidity ? never had it do that. Take it out and blow on it and see if that makes it go up could be covered with dust and not able to read .

how's hatching ?

Okay! It is finally going higher, but for a bit there I had condensation on the windows and it was reading 65%. Ummm, I don't think so!


5 chicks are hatched, no more pips. I am pretty sure this hatch is over, but hey, one can always hope!
