What are saddles?

When eggs are shipped, the air cells can develop a dip in one side. That's called a saddle.

What are saddles?

They are what you put on a horse to ride (lol) but like Banti said when an egg is shipped the box is thrown and pushed and dropped and this can cause the aircell to move, thus creating a saddle shape pocket where the AC can then move around
