When your chickens are free ranging, do they have grit available to them?
With you having to massage her crop a lot, and now a prolapse, I would think that points to your chicken finding it difficult to digest her feed. Make sure she has some grit to help her break down her feed. It could help avoid a problem like this in the future.
EDIT: If the feed you showed in the picture is the only chicken feed available to you, it would help your chicken digest it if you soaked it in water overnight before feeding it to her. It would certainly help her while you are trying to fix the prolapse. Just an idea.
