So I am over on the west coast of Oregon. Its the beginning of fall and doesnt get that cold, 50s to high 60s in the day and low 50s and 40s at night. Does this have to do with the discoloring of her comb? Her comb is usually a pretty solid red and now its a light orangy pink.. I just noticed today and am kinda worried. No mites or anything. Any feedback helps, thanks! P.s she is an Andalusian chicken if that helps.

Is she getting enough sunlight? What is in her diet sometimes with show chickens nutrients in their feed makes their skin appear orange.

She is always outside unless it night, she goes in and roosts with the other chickens. I have 1 feeder in the coop with flock raiser in it because there are 2 younger chickens in with her that eat that. Sunlight is daily. She is usually on egg layer pellets but she has been on that flock raiser for a month or 2 now and hasn't effected her. I am just wanting to make sure its nothing serious I should worry about.

Ditto Dat, likely has already stopped laying.....how old is she, in months?
She is probably 26 to 29 months. And yes, she has already stopped laying for the winter. So nothing to worry about with the comb coloring? She has a sister same breed same age an she still has a nice red comb and has stopped laying.

As long as she is eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK, I'd not worry.
I've found that comb color can vary greatly between birds.
