My hen has had a pendulous crop for at least 5 months. I wasn't aware that was the problem until a few weeks ago, and I've been trying to fix it since.
I've noticed she always smells like boiled eggs, and recently that smell has turned more sour. I wont induce vomiting because I've heard too much ill about it, unless strongly advised to. Her crop has gotten a bit harder than usual in the past 3 days.
Removing her from the flock is extremely inconvenient but I will do it if her life is at risk if I don't.
