My hen is laying very small eggs with no yolk

OK, I agree that "fairy" eggs are common in the early stage of a hens laying history, but I have a slightly different problem. My hens are just over a year old now and are great layers, 52 grams or better, but one of them just started smaller and smaller eggs over the last 4 days. The last one was as small as my thumb. Has anyone else see this? Is there something that I should be doing?

P. S.
I feed them back their shells and they are free-range with a small field, water, woods, and a marsh.

I have four "girls", they are a year and half old. In the past two weeks I am only getting three eggs a day, or if I get four, one is tiny and has no yolk. They all eat the same stuff.....I don't know if its just one hen doing this or not. Also, they have not started molting. We have a light in the coop for year around eggs.

My girl is consistently laying wind eggs... Should I be concerned? Is there anything I can do? She is only 2.5y old barred rock....
