Just checked pumpkins eye and its completely shut and scabbed over but other eye is fine shes eatting normaly bit I dont know what it is

Was she pecked by another chicken? If it's scabbed over, it could be, but not sure. Is it still swollen? if it is, did you check her for eye worm? It is a small white worm in lower part of her eye. If it is, it's from eating roaches or wood. The worm works it's way up into the eye from eating the roaches. If there ARE worms, use 3 drops of vertex directly in the eye for 3 days (or use can use ivomec) But should take her to the vet first for any treatment or infections. Hoping it's nothing serious, good luck.

She might have a simple eye infection to which you can apply some terramycin eye ointment to it. You can get this at many pet supply stores. This is for animals and even humans, not just for dogs...

Clean off the eye before applying and follow directions on the tube.
