my hen stopped laying eggs

my hens used to lay an egg a day then it went down to about an a egg every other day,and now they havent laid any eggs for almost about a month now..is there something wrong with them or is it just something the do????

What age are they and are there any changes in their life IE food water living conditions. The other problem could be if they went broody and sat on the nest with eggs all day and get mad when you take eggs.

they are about 1year old,no its the same living conditions as before,,my hens havent gone broody yet.

We have four chickens. We boiught a new rooster last Thursday. Since then, the chickens have not been laying eggs. They seem to be settling down a bit as far as pecking order but not laying for the past four days. We have not found any eggs in the yard or their run. Any ideas? Molting, stress?
