If it were me, I would stick to just the laying mash for now, to make sure they are getting the correct ratios of everything they need to lay. I would also make sure they had access to oyster shell.
Sometimes, if I feed my girls too many scraps, it reduces the egg production.
Another thing you might try is adding a light to their coop. I know the days are longer now and getting close to the full hours of light needed, but it might help if your trying to get them going again.
