My hogs are on death row

I was wondering becuase i am doing a 4-h butcher hog project so I will sell one and eat one and I am trying to figure out what cuts to get
 
Im picking up my half a hog tommorrow i wish i could raise my own but since i live next to my parents and am borrowing an acre of there land there number 1 rule was no pigs they said they stink to much i could raise anything else just no pigs err and i love pork meat. My half a hog costed me $200 not sure of the weight forgot to ask. I cant wait to taste that smoked ham and bacon yummy
