My Hubby's Favorite - Pickled Serama Eggs and Beets

I had accumulated several Serama Eggs before I put them in their breeding pens. I needed to use them and my husband loves them pickled. Here's what he will be getting in his Easter Basket!

This was a new receipe I googled. The receipe called for a bit of ginger and cinnamon. We'll see how they turn out. They may not be as good as they look!

Oooo what a great idea to use up eggs. Hubby loves pickled eggs and beats and it will make a great snake food for him. Save me yelling at him for eating all the cheese in the house amongst other non type snake foods.
