My ideal for a new bluejean design?

The closest Walmart to us is not in a "nice area," but it is 24 hours! I was thinking of braving my life one late night to go over there instead of braving my life with the crowds during the day. It's a tough decision. I am shopping for a needy family and between money I'm donating and money from friends and family, I have $250 to spend. I'm scared though.... veryyyy scared.......

Heeey! I am one of those "large" people you speak of....

Nooo! Don't go tooting Reds horn!!!!

.. Back to our regularly scheduled diatribe... I have a method.
Mighty generous with my "methods" nearing Christmas, aren't I?

Put on your Queen hat!

Hmmm.... I'm thinking it would look mighty fetching on you guys... Spook, Sour.

The wearer of the Queen hat does not lower herself (him) to shuffling through the masses. The Queen simply expects the crowds to part, and they comply. Anything less would be.... inconceiveable.

But, too true! It works!

Forced to adapt in busy airports, buses, restaurants, ect, in some previous occupations.... I learned to follow the rule of expectations.

Want someone out of your way? Walk at them like you expect them to move. Someones cart in the way? Drive your cart towards it without hesitation... and see them jump to move it. But be sure to cast that "Thank You" over your shoulder... so they don't think you completely rude

I found I could get through busy airports really, really easily... if I walked like there was a fire to put out. Eyes forward, spine straight, long stride, no pausing.. very focused.. and everyone just *leaps* out of your way! ER HA hahahaha!

Okay.. maybe I'm not always the nicest in public. I do try to make up for it though

.... by letting people ahead of me, helping the grannies count their coins patiently, or picking something dropped up for someone. But it's when I decided to do it.... so don't go thinking I'm not going to run you over with my cart on the next circuit of the store, as I very well might.

Yes, it does work! It was really bad when I worked in Manhattan. You'd be surprised how many grown businessmen would shoulder check a woman as they would pass on a busy sidewalk.

SO - Instead of getting knocked over or aside like I used to, or step aside for EVERYONE.... I started walking around like I owned the place. And if a grown man looked like he was coming in for the shoulder, I'd lean into mine. heh heh heh. It also helps to wear long sharp heels.
