My Ideal Poultry shipment arrived on Day 2, but everyone doing great. I did lose one duckling. I placed the order back in December and am so glad they are here. I had to stop looking at BYC pictures of babies. Can not have a incubator, because I would never stop.

ohhhhhhhhhhh how cute.

Mine are shipping on Monday, March 3rd. I am praying for a March 4th arrival. I have already been
to the post office 2 times to tell them please call as soon as they arrive. The postal employees are laughing at me for coming by daily to remind them.
I laughed with them. Told them it is like expecting that first baby any day now and calling the Dr every 15 minutes when you have a twinge.

Let me just say.....

All the people who said "Ducks are cute and fun" You were right.

All those of you who are thinking about getting a couple of ducks. GO FOR IT. The three in this shipment have lots of energy, they are cute and I can not wait to see the adults they become.

And I got an extra bantam. It is white and has feathers on its legs, so it may be a white cochin bantam or a white frizzle cochin bantam. Yippee!

Standards (2 Cuckoo Maran (Black chicks), 1 Brown Leghorn (Brown Chick), 1 Ideal 386 (The Yellow with black spots - Not a pure breed but they lay lots of large white eggs)

Bantam Cochins (From Top right 1White Firzzle, 1 Self-Blue, Extra chick, 1 Silkie hiding in the back, 1 Patridge, 1 GLW)

Ducks Magpie, Blue Swedish, Cayuga or Buff. I ordered 4, one did not make it and this is my first time with ducks, so not sure which one is which.

Cayuga's are Solid Black and Buff's are well they are Buff (yellowish-orange)
