My ISA Brown pullets are 16 weeks old. When can I expect them to start laying?

My small flock of 4 ISA Brown pullets just turned 16 weeks old today! Does anyone know when I can expect them to start laying eggs? One of them squats when I pick her up, if that means anything.

Someone posted earlier this week that their ISA Browns started at 15 weeks. So hopefully yours will start soon.
My ISAs are 11.5 weeks.

Squatting when you touch their back is definitely a good sign. They are showing submissiveness to a rooster mounting them when they do that. You will get eggs soon. Have fun.

I have 2 9 week old isa browns I looled it up on google and it said 22 weeks

UPDATE: I walked to their coop to check on them and one of them is nesting and not getting up, even when I walk really close. I will update to see if she lays an egg!

Another update: She got up, and there were no eggs. She just looked at me like "What? What are you looking at?"

Mine just started laying a few days ago, got them at the end of march. Yeah I aint kept track of when I got them or anything like that.

Mine started laying around 20 weeks. One of the 6 took a bit longer...23 weeks.
