My leukemia's back.

It looks positively balmy down your way, Debby! That blue blue Wyoming sky is something, ain't it? Great photos!

Thanks Blooie! Yep, gotta love that big blue sky

You all are too funny.

I keep having thoughts about turning left at Albuquerque

. But no one here is from round there.

You NE folks stay safe and warm the next few day, okay? Strict orders from the prednisone fueled redhead. Don't make me come over there!

Baby chicks all still alive. Starting to collect eggs for the incubator....and so Spring begins.

Speaking of Spring, everyone here is getting very vocal. I'm thinking of re-naming the place Cacophony Acre. I get cows mooing, goats baaing, chickens carrying on in all forms. the horses are actually pretty quiet, but the Dane has learned to bark and likes to show off her new skill. The cats are quiet as a rule, but The Locusts are noisy as anything.

Ah, yes, the sounds of spring, lol. Say - did you all get a lovely spring like day down your way today? It was positively beautiful up here - even came home from work and opened up a few windows for a bit to get some fresh air into the house!

Alcohol used to have that effect on me.

As far as the corner goes - as long as I continue turning left, I never end up in the corner.

DS has been here visiting, yesterday we spent a few hours exploring a nearby state park. I got tons of good pictures but here's just a couple:

Hope you all have a good day!

Gorgeous- simply gorgeous!!

I tell you what, one thing working a full time job again does for a person is give a whole new appreciation for the days of the week - specifically the one coming tomorrow

Almost finished my first week at the new job and, in the words of Annie, "I think I'm gonna like it here!". The first half of the week was a bit of a mixed bag, my real boss wasn't in so I was spending my time shadowing the front desk (I'm one of three people who are going to be covering it until they get a new receptionist hired -- sure hope that's soon!), but today I got to be at my actual desk all day and do my actual job, and I am really excited about it. LOTS to learn, but in a good way.
In other news, supposed to have two whole days of dry Sunday and Monday - just might have some hope of getting a functional coop up in that time, still have some hope of getting to go pick up chicks next weekend

Good morning everyone!

OGM, that's great you're settling in on your new job and like it. Good luck on the coop build!
