Morning!

At least, I think it's morning. Snow has been falling since Wednesday night and the wind has been busy making large drifts.

Rachel, hope the boys are getting over their bug and everyone is back on their way to being healthy.
 
All that nice weather we were having came to an end..... Schools closed for weather here.

Most of them are to our south..... It is wintery here but not enough to close Gwinn schools..... Must be getting a bunch of Lake effect of Lake Michigan South of us....

and I'm so glad you did. Sugar Monkey had a rough day yesterday. He found out a kid he's been working with, tutoring on the side, etc. got expelled for dealing pot at school. 15 years old, right? He took it pretty hard. I had him read through the soonly posts and he actually laughed. So, thank you all from this momma's heart.

The stomach thing was short lived, they're back at school today. I don't think it was that bad to start with, but I just get tired of fighting them to go to school. But thanks for the head's up, hb, I sure don't need to get anything nasty like that.

Trying to get some food prep done for the weekend and next week. I'm working Monday and Tuesday, just 3-4 hours a day, but it's going to be a challenge.

I dreamed last night I found a pen of chickens I'd forgotten about, out in the pasture

. Weird, huh? Here I thought I was doing so well not buying chicks at the Grange, and the incubator isn't fired up yet. buggers, I just realized I'm going to have to find somewhere else to stash the chips and stuff I've been hiding in there the last few months......
