LG and Rachel, hope the prayers are working as well for you both as they are for Linda. We have some small signs of improvement today. So far the EKG, CT scan, and MRI were okay. The EEG showed some seizure activity but not dramatic. She's responding to her name from time to time, but totally unable to follow any commands yet, and she's still intubated. One of her daughters sent out a group text to let everyone know about the improvements, but something she said triggered a red flag for me. She said they are waiting to see if any of her brain function returns. But it was just the text - I haven't physically talked to anyone back there yet.

Thanks for all the support. I hate to ask with everything others have on their plate, but Linda means the world to me...she's always been my best friend and trying to picture a life without her in it is just impossible. Keep the prayers coming, as I pray for all of you everyday!

Hi freinds I'm just stopping by here to check in..... Wishing for some hopeful news.
I realize that we are not the important part of Rachel's life but I'm very down right now.... I know the saying no news is good news but to me no news is no news.... Prayers for our dear freind.
