My leukemia's back.

But it rises in the SSE and sets in the SSW right? Or is that the SSSE and SSSW ;)
Well.... it shifts throughout the year...

I had to advocate for husband when we at the hospital, so rude. If had not been there I don't know what would of happened to him. The hospital was a nightmare. I still advocate for him, cause he know longer can speak. There are still certain people that frustrate me :rant

:hugs

Always difficult.

Supposed to hit -18°F tomorrow morning. But then it warms up to 12°F during the day and that will be the LOW for Sunday night/Monday morning :celebrateThen 32°F during the day!! The next "low" low will be 10F on Wed morning.

It will be a heat wave I tell ya!
We got 20 today yay!!!!!:celebrate
You are taking all of us with you right??

Oddly, ALL of the time. I guess they have given up thinking there is anything to eat out there. Thankfully they still mostly go out to their pile to poop, only had to pick up once a couple of days ago. There was a nice drift in the alley that blew through their open door. The snow came in on the NW wind, turned > 90° and travelled 15' before it hit the west wall. The door is held open about 18" and they push it as needed to come and go. Must be they didn't like the resistance of the snow on the outside of the door. Of course that didn't stop them from going out when I came in to fork out the poop. I guess they are still afraid I'm going to trap them and do horrible nasty things ... like TOUCH them.

Maybe they'll go out when it hits mid 40's Thursday and into Friday. Or maybe not, probably be too warm for them ;)
We are only supposed to get to maybe 30....

When my husband was in the hospital there was a doc who nearly killed him every time she came near him. She would do weekend coverage, and write orders that were contrary to the surgeon's instructions. She was a disaster, and totally ignorant of hubby's needs.

And I had to keep after the nursing staff. I'd go to them and say... better check his potassium level b/c he's having a lot of tremors. They'd say, his potassium is just fine. It was checked this morning. I'd push a bit harder, and they'd check it just to get me off their backs. A few minutes later, a nurse would come trotting in and hang a bag of potassium!

I here you loud and clear. My husband has low sodium so I had to demand for his meds amongst other meds. I was nice in the beginning, but that went out the window. Especially when they wouldn't assist me, in changing him. I don't mind this man is everything to me. I was no longer going to sit back and watch or listen to these horrific acts.

I don't remember much about my hospital stay..... But I was pretty much alone most of it.
My wife would try to visit when she could.
Guess they did okay. .... Yeah can't remember at least a month of it. Pretty much after I told them I had a sore throat and I heard then say. Increase his morphine pretty much a Haze.....:gig.

My concern is that Dh is a "don't rock the boat" type mentality, and would never advocate for me. On the occasions I've had to advocate for myself, he's sided against me. After all, they're the professional with the medical training, not me, so I need to be quiet, and cooperate. Sheesh!

When my mother was dying from cancer, they gave her morphine tablets. She refused to take them because she was afraid she would become addicted. :confused:I loved my mom but, she was kinda ditzy .
When I was pg. I found out I was 0-neg. My mother said I must have gotten it from my uncle. Actually she had no idea what 0-neg.referred to.
