I've contaminated all the adults in this household with whatever this bug is. Dh even apologized for making fun of me, and saying I was exaggerating. He's singing a whole different song now. It hit Dd too. She knew I was sick, but thought I was feeling it harder because of my immune system not being quite up to snuff. That theory is out the window too.

Are you better now? I sure hope so!

Nice you are vindicated, sorry though that everyone else is coming down with it.

Oldest grandson had his appendix removed today, and they are saying he may come home tonight. He's at college in California, and daughter has flown out to be with him. Sounds as if all is good with him. I've been on pins and needles all day.

Luckily, that isn't such a big deal anymore. But still...I sure am glad it is over with now! (And sounds like all good)

sourland, grandson is in my prayers. No surgery is fun, and is cause for some worry by close family members, regardless of how simple, or routine the surgery may be.

No, I am not really getting better. Monday, Dh and I are going to the doctor. This stuff is rough. I too, am very glad I was vindicated.

Geta wish I could be sick for you. I've got a lot of free time and running out of hobbies. Besides I could stand to lose a few lbs.

Do they know their behavior makes it much harder on you and Princess, than if they told you straight out? They should know by now.

I suppose that the Princess and I are just as bad. We tend to deal with our problems and let the kids know when all is back to normal.

Daughter just texted - GS had surgery at 9 AM yesterday and was out of the hospital at 5 PM. Says he has minor pain, but is doing fine.
