I knew there was a time differential but I was thinking in terms of 2to4 weeks, as O said been too many years from being around a peach orchard, or any other as far as that goes.

My mother used to let me free range when I was about 5.New neighborhood. It did NOT turn out well for me. Took some 30 years before I got to talk to health professional about it. Totally ruined my childhood and left me pretty much afraid of men period.

Seem to keep finding the same type of controlling, narcistic (spelling??) men, it's "their way or the highway, or worse."

I just have no tolerance for adults who abuse children.

So odd.... kid 3 with allergies that make his asthma flare up...

Took him to the allergist for one of those allergy prick tests on the back...

ODD results!

Kid is fine in the winter as long as he doesn't get a cold, but as soon as the grass greens up he needs to be on full meds so that he can breathe.

So... we thought he was now old enough... we could get full allergy testing and start him on allergy shots...

The ONLY thing on his back that flared up were dust mites!!!

But dust mites are year round! She said sometimes people get reactions worse in the winter because they are inside more.....

So we both went HUH.

So.... in a month we will drive up again (2 hours one way to get there) and do the allergy testing a second time to see if the results are the same.

Just odd... for example if he touches hay he needs to take a shower in an hour or has a huge flare up. But he did not show any reaction to hay on the test.

Blast... a mosquito got in my room... I keep missing it.

Allergy testing is not always accurate with some people, as you have begun to figure out. As well as it giving false negative results at times, when there is clearly an allergy, it will do the opposite too, and give false positives.
