My wife took her own life tonight.... she was at work and cut her wrist in the bathroom

No! I never would have thought that she would have done that at work!!!!!

AW Phil that is heartbreaking. Hope you realize you aren't at fault. When people get the suicidal feelings - you can't derail them. They always find an opportunity. Usually though, when they are alone.

Can't say anything to help Phil, just awful. We know you were really worried about her depression and doing all you could in that regard.

Heavy burden for you to bear and especially so along with what you are already carrying personally.
