What grade are you in? Trust me, don't react to those rumors, just ignore them and go about your day. These gossipy people are just looking for their payoff, which is your reaction. So don't pay them!

If they say something nasty to you, just say "Wow, that's news to me!" Smile, and head to the next class. If they whisper behind your back, simply don't acknowledge them, because they want to hurt you, and that's sad.

Remember, sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never hurt me. It's a very true saying!

my 16 year old daughter comes home and talk about her friends and what goes on in school and in their lives she recently befriended a girl who has a sad home life and this girl has short of become a permanent fixture in our house. She eats here, sleeps here, showers here. I told her she can hang out as often as she lkes as long as she lets her parents know she is here and is actually here
