Ok next question then. How often should I be expecting eggs? And when do I start worrying if more eggs aren't forthcoming?
Don't worry. They're still acclimating and it's getting cooler, they will be slowing down on production anyway. As long as they're not obviously in distress (check the threads on how to ID being egg bound) , you should be OK. You are all learning this together :)

Agree with what Azure said
Depending on breed I would expect an egg every 2 or 3 days for the first 2 -3 weeks.
But as Az said you are heading into cold season so they may lay less frequently
