Moved the babies into a bigger home tonight. It's a small tent set up in the garage. An old blanket on the bottom, covered in plastic. And then paper shreds for bedding. They still have the heating pad for warmth. Need to add some perches, but that will have to be tomorrow.

Also sold this girl to a lady and her little boy who recently lost 2 of their 3 hens.

Yesterday was coop cleaning day

Didn't seem like a lot, until....

That's a literal mountain of chicken chit! And that's only about half of the bedding that was in the coop. Decided to leave the rest for now.

Also got the babies moved into the coop

I don't think any of the bigs realized the littles were there. Too busy digging through the new goodies in run.
