Nan looks great

. If you wanted to put a European spin on the name, you could always call him Nando, short for Fernando and pronounced Nandough, haha! Hoping for continued good luck with him for you

Oh my goodness, LOVE NANDO!! That is perfect. I don't have any new pictures, but he looks pretty much the same. I am realizing he has a humped back. I was watching him with his little ladies and he stands like a turkey. His back humps over, then his head goes up where it should sway. Poor dude. His toes are deformed, so I guess it stands to reason his spine would be too. He's still chipper and loves rolling in the dirt with his girls.
I saw something new this week I have yet to see, he can fly!! I've never seen him get off the ground and have yet to see him fly UP to anything, but he did fly down from his coop a couple of feet to a perfect landing. I was so proud! I just wish I could get him to perch. He won't do it, so his two ladies won't do it either since they see him as Mama. Sigh.

Wowmanacat, Tiny is so cute. Glad he gets to live his life at your beautiful place.

I have 3 baby chickies that are a month old, and one is smaller than my fist. It eats alot and stuff, but is so tiny! How old is this one here in the pics?

Most of the pictures say how many weeks she/he is, but currently he's 17 weeks old and actually catching up in size, but was ridiculously tiny compared to the others for the first three months. I am amazed he made it. Good luck with your tiny!

So far he still peep peeps like a baby chick. It's how I can find him in the run. Such an oddball.

I will take some this week. He is looking jaundice to me still and he STILL has a few fluffs of baby fuzz on his head. Otherwise, he looks pretty much the same as his last pics. I'll get some fresh pics when I get a chance though. He's an odd one!

Ran out and grabbed a few shots of the oddball. The white chicken is his hatch mate, you can see he's really caught up in size. He's shorter, but fatter. His wings feathers are still messed up and some deformed in shape, but he's still kicking which is a miracle in itself!

Nando and Nellie: 18.5 weeks
Piano legs or cankles? Ha ha ha

Note the baby fluff still hanging on the back of the head and humpy back compared to the others.
