Green poo could be as simple as something she's eaten; also keep in mind that a chicken with worms doesn't usually have them show up in the poo until the wormload is extremely heavy. Like Soler I agree that keeping antibiotics on hand is not a bad idea; I keep an fresh bottle of penicillin G in the fridge for chicken emergencies. You have to be careful about their indiscrimate use though. Used too often or unnecessarily and they won't be of much use when they are genuinely needed.
I still think worming is the way to go.
