When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for Chuck Norris

I think it's INEEDALAUGH time again...

There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of creatures Chuck Norris has allowed to live

I'm thinking the Yahoo reviews will only really reach locals who are looking for info on their post office.
To reach USPS directly, Postal Regulatory Commission website says:

"USPS Contacts for Mail Delivery and Service Issues--
If you want to make an official complaint because you are unable to get resolution from your local post office, contact your District Consumer Affairs Office."

It is important how shipments are handled. In submitting complaints, however, we need to be careful to not communicate as though we are overly picky or unreasonable. Otherwise, the USPS might get the impression they should not be willing to deliver eggs, chicks or chickens. The expectation that a package be placed at at delivery location, rather than thrown, is simply reasonable. And it is very important!

Honestly, none of the people at your post office care. You seem to have gotten one of the lemon PO's. They see packages damaged every day, so it's nothing to them. If you are gonna win this fight you need to argue the fact that SHE THREW THEM OUT THE WINDOW. They can claim up and down all day long that the eggs were broken when they got there, but THEY HAVE NO PROOF. One thing is for sure, if those eggs weren't broken when they got there they did break FOR SURE when she threw them. So she destroyed the evidence by throwing the box, therefore you should be reimbursed. Just because you don't have insurance doesn't mean a thing. Insurance would be helpful, but in this case it was the 100% negligence of the mail carrier. This wasn't an accident that happened during shipping, this was blatant disregard. You wouldn't have needed insurance if she hadn't thrown them out the window. If they broke during transit it's not a problem, you cut your losses and kick yourself for not getting insurance. But they DEFINATELY broke because she threw them out the window, which is why insurance is not an issue. The issue is the fact that THEIR mail carrier mishandled and destroyed your package, and it's their responsibility. DO NOT GIVE UP ON THIS!!! Make your way up the chain till you get a response. DON'T GIVE UP!!!
