How do you avoid killing them when you pull the tractor with your tractor?

I throw some cracked corn and bread in the front. it doesn't take long for them to get the hang of it. It's not really that difficult once you get the hang of it.

gkeesling, I would think you could do 144 chicks in a 16 foot area just fine, look how roomy it is with 100 chicks in there.
