Thank you, so far all they've been able to say is it looks like a mini stroke that affected her left side. Luckily at this moment she seems to have gotten back all use of her arm and the speech therapist that evaluateed her said she was ok there. I just hate not knowing what exactly happened and when.

Bless your family friend and your custodian - I think my custodian would do the same if he heard my phone. He lectured me the other day when I did not ask him to bring some books in the classroom.

She does have a great guardian angel I think. I told her about all the people who are worried about her and she was surprised. My mom is not the friendliest of people, she's a very good person, just abrasive at times. I told her the chain of events that lead to me calling her and she was shocked they went to that much trouble.

Wow Kate....you mom is so very lucky. Sounds like you live in a great little community there...where people still care. So glad she is recovering...thats a scarey thing to happen.
