My month old Ancona chicks

Good afternoon everyone so these are my 1 month old Ancona chicks one of them has a red comb developing while the other is smaller, but they both have these on the tips of their tail feathers. It’s hard to tell if they’re baby feathers fading away or rooster feathers growing

But I'm not familiar with the breed to know their feathering. Did you google it?
