Thanks... I'm going to call the lab and talk to Dr. Prasad about things that can look like wry neck, maybe he'll have some answers. Whatever it is, I do believe it's contagious and/or environmental as the second one is starting to do the same thing.

You're so right, there's only so much one can do when trying to clean areas that aren't meant to be cleaned, lol.
