My Naked necks! Help with Genders!

I have a flock of 10 I purchased through tractor supply. They're 10 weeks and 4 of the chicks I recieved are naked necks and I'm not sure the genders. I'm guessing the black one is a female bc she doesnt have the redness to her as the other 3 do. Can yall help! This is my first flock so I'm learning as I go lol. (The first is white and black, the second darkish brown black, third light brownish with black spots and fourth is the biggest and is a light and dark brownish rusty red color) I dont know the exact kind of NN they are just that they are that

Reddish one - cockerel
brownish one - pullet
black and white -cockerel
red and black with green legs - pullet

Thanks yall so much for the input! The big reddish one is so skiddish but the other 3 are just as friendly as can be they will come right up and eat out of my 2 year old daughters hand lol and she loves to catch them and hold them!
