Well folks,
I just had 17 Dominiques hatch last Monday. I finally turned the bator off after running 3 straight hatches. No more for awhile, I said.
Then my RIW roo was killed last week and I went to the animal auction to see if I could find another one. (which I did thankfully). Then my addiction kicked in when Hatching eggs came up for bid.

OMG NOOooooooooooo, I now have 12 Jersey Giants, 10 Buff O's, and 12 RIR ready to go into the bator. Fired the bator up last night to get to temp.

SOMEBODY STOP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hullo grampa........my name's jayedee and i'm a chicken addict too!
there's nothing to be done for it. it will not go away. the best you can do is simply buy another incubator and go with the flow.
trust me, i speak from experience.

You guys are so funny! I have a lovely bator hiding out in the spare room, I've used it twice. I don't have ROOM to keep hatching and hatching... and I'm scared to get more ROO's!
