We live in a "development" that is all 5+ acres of completely wooded lots. Our nearest neighbor is a mile away. I've actually been accused of "bringing down property values", and keeping lots from being sold. Ummmm- so I guess the failing housing market of the last 2 years is all my fault! Who knew?
