Are you in the US? We only have buff, light, and dark as recognized colors for Brahmas and the dark is a silver penciled, not gold. With the single combs and dark legs on one, I'm wondering if you have mixes? Or Cochins?
Anyway, the dark chick is feathering slowly but that happens sometimes. If it seems otherwise healthy, I wouldn't worry. They are too young to sex but I'd guess that the dark legged one is a cockerel.
There is no need to feed anything but chick feed yet. It has the nutrients and protein they need to grow all those feathers. Fruit can cause diarrhea which leads quickly to dehydration in such young chicks. Unnecessary risk.
